do u think i have ocd? i wash my hands n legs often. before i play my piano, i will wash them. after i bathe, i will not allow myself to eat. i do not allow any food into my room. i will not sit on any chairs outside my room after i bathe for fear it would dirty my bed. i do not like people coming into my room. touching my things and i would get very ****ed if people sit on my bed. my hands are so dry now. i m only 25 but my hands are like those of old people.

Yeah, that's OCD. My advice is to talk to someone about it. It's been my experience that it will develop into worse and worse things eventually preventing you from doing alot of things you do now.

YEs paxy that sounds like moderate OCD. I would see help. It could escalate into something worse and worse.
PRoblem with OCd once you give into it, it will ALWAYS ALWAYS escalate into something bigger and stronger. The only chance you have is to stop it in the beginning.

how can i overcome it? i have it for years. i have a history or anxiety, panic and abit of depression. i also have alot of phobias. short tempered.
