Well, theres a big difference between a habit and OCD. For instance, biting you're nails is a habit, where as repeating a task or getting extrememly anxious while obssessing is most likely OCD. Ask yourself why you are doing what you are doing and what is driving you to continue. If you are sure you can stop then I suggest you make yourself ASAP so it does not become any more habitual.
