They are usually problems that are real and then there are real problems that are out of my power to solve. I feel like my thoughts are a broken record and it just repeats either bad experience from years ago over and over and over again.
you know my thoughts really wax and wane alot, but doing something distracting like TV helps me.. which is funny as i used to never like to watch tv ) but still have to be weary of what i watch as it might bring on symptoms
I think it is ocd, depression and anxiety. It sounds like you need to call your doctor and get your mediation adjusted. I had the same thing for months. It was HORRIBLE. Now it basically lifted completely. I take 6 meds though and go to therapy every other week.
