Someone with an OCD ( like me ) , is'nt sure about much of the things he does or he thinks about! .. theres always a feeling of doubt about something thou we know this perfectly that we have done that thing!!

I was diagnosed with OCD, and I also have doubting obsessions, in which I know that I have done something right, but I doubt that. Although it has gotten better, I am aware that this obsession can pop into my life at any time.
