I learnt this while doing something else for myself but makes using the book "brain lock" alot easier.
Its simply to live getting good deal with your freedom, time, and courageous/assertive love, by changing your preferences for your personal boundary about the things outside it which are beyond your control.
Basically this is used for when you are suffering for something outside your bounday that you cant control. In this case youre suffering with reoccuring intruding irrational insecurity, and it is your compulsions which you are using to try to reassure yourself with them.
all you have to do is say to yourself you want a better deal out of this, so what you do is you start being courageous for your insecurity for the future. The future, the past, and other people are not things that you can control so why suffer over them. You get me?
refocus your energy on being courageous for your insecurity/needyness as the 3rd step in brain lock.
