A book that will help everybody on this board!!

A book my pyschiatrist recommended too me about a month ago has really helped me with my Obsessive behaviour and thinking.

Called "Brainlock". Can be bought at local bookstore or online at amazon or barnes and nobles, etc. Very popular so local bookstore will have it.

Check it out, I really thinks it explains alot about our disorder.

It is an excellent book by Jefferey M. Schwartz I think. He is also a pioneer in finding canges in the brain caused by meditation as well. If you look up more books of his you will find he turned towards meditation as a solution to OCD and Anxiety dissorders. He is a great professor at UCLA I believe and Brain Lock was the first book I read. I have actually read it multiple times and it has always helped me put my problem into perspective.
