i started taking omega 3, listening to music a lot and praying and the ocd has left!!!!! i hope it doesnt return!! so try it!!

Amen to that! Thanks for your post. Prayer is so powerful. I also find that Omega 3's help me - especially if I eat fish. Music and exericse are also soothing to me.

Praise God! He has delivered me from so much of the ocd. I have very very few obsessions and just a few residual compulsions left.

Wouldn't it be awesome if we all prayed for each other on this board? Honestly, I do that a lot on my own. My heart goes out to each and every one on here, especially when I feel their suffering and some of them go through a lot of what I have gone through. We could all stand on the word of God for His healing and stand in agreement with each other. We have to fight back!
