| Re: I think I have OCD, please tell me if I do
Well, it sounds OCD-ish.
Try this.
Contact the Director, or, even better yet, the director's administrative assistant, and ask to have them please check that your daughter's name is spelled correctly on the list -- perhaps there is even a common misspelling of her given name or your family name that you can use as a legitmate excuse.
Then, once you've verified that her name is on the list, see what happens.
If you are still unable to believe that her name is really on the list, that would seem to confirm that you have OCD (but only a mental health professional could really confirm that).
Of course, after you have verified that her name is on the list, you might switch gears and become afraid that something else will prevent her from going.
That would be my typical line of thinking.
If so, I guess my psychiatrist would say something like, well, you've done everything you can do to see that she's enrolled, now try not to waste time obsessing about it.
Of course, maybe a psychiatrist or psychologist would say something else, I'm just basing that on my experience.
