Is it very common for people who have OCD to have depression and panic disorder also?

Depression and anxiety disorders often go together. With me, my depression sets in (when my meds stop working) and then that kicks off the OCD. Then the cycle starts all over again until I get a good combination of CBT and medication going.

Just like CAMP said, the same EXACT THING IS FOR ME!!! GEt this, I did not know I had clinical depression until I tried to go off the luvox (for my ocd) this past Oct.. I could not get out of bed for about 5 days..... so YES, it goes together, and I have also had panic attacks!!!!! You are not alone!!!
