What is your lifestyle like? Do you just work and come home everyday is there any physical activity that your participate in? It sound like you have alot of **** just pent up in you. So when it builds then you just want to snap. You know men are very physical beings, and this modern life where we sit down in most of our jobs we don't get everything we need as humans. It's like a dog who's owner never walks them, they just get out of control eventually. The dog needs to run and play and then it's like a whole different animal, it's just happy. People aren't much different. Have you tried running, or boxing, or biking something that will challenge your mind and body at the same time. Physical activities like long runs, biking 10 miles or boxing are very intense on the mind a body, and I think you'll find that while doing these things you working too hard to let other things bother you, and once your finished, your body will be so relaxed that your dogs and everything else won't trip you up so much. The mind are body both have to be in shape to operate correctly. You'll find when your body is right your mind will follow. Give it a try, and see if it helps. What can it hurt.
