If you can't stop cleaning when you want to stop, it is OCD.
That's a simple answer to a complex issue.
When you stay up until midnight cleaning, does it prevent you from getting 6-8 hours of sleep at night, and do you feel tired the next day? If yes, this would also indicate OCD.
I think it's great that you like to make things clean. You just need to tone it down, not eliminate the behavior entirely.
But if you're yelling at people for messing things up, this is the darker side of an OCD clean freak, and will only make you and those around you unhappy.
Assuming you have medical insurance coverage from your parents, you can ask them to make you an appointment with your regular doctor first, who can then perhaps recommend a mental health professional who specializes in OCD. Or, more likely, your doctor will suggest several mental health professionals, and then you or your parents will call their offices and inquire as to whether or not they specialize in treating OCD.
