I've had difficulty with compulsive looking for several years now. It caused me to abandon my university education. How has compulsive looking affected your life and how have you found relief?

I'm not sure what compulsive looking is, so if you could share with us what your compulsion is, that would be great.

Do you mean "compulsive looking" like in the mirror? If so, yes I do this..

Any mirror or reflective glass in my home or out I have to look at my reflection..I don't know why..Just one of those things...NOT like Im a "diva, or think Im so pretty I have to look" type deal..If I pass a mirror or glass I have to turn my head just for that split second while Im walking by and look..I think it's a strange thing to do, but I just have to do it...

Yes, the irresistable urge to look at reflective surfaces is a manifestation of compulsive looking.
