trying different meds

i had a psychotic episode when i was 16 (am now 23). I stayed in a mental hospice for a month. I was put on olanzapine while in the hospice and when out of the hospice the dosage was slowly reduced untill i finally came off the olanzapine after having been on it for about a year. while i was on olanzapine i put on 3 and a half stone! i'm currently a stone and a half over weight.

I was diagnosed with ocd (depression links in with it) about 2 or three years ago. I stopped working because of the ocd and depression(irrational thoughts etc). I have been unemployed(claiming incapacity benefit)for about 8 months now. Although i have not yet confirmed this with my mental health practicioner i would like to say that i don't have depression or ocd anymore as this is what i believe to be true. This should mean i am recovered and ok but im not!!

i still feel exactly the same as i have always felt since i had my psychotic episode (hard to describe how i feel as i have felt the same for so long and find it hard to compare my feelings of now to a time when i felt better). Even before my psychotic episode i never felt right and felt alone and couldn't relate to others well (i still feel this). I basically stay in the house all day everyday due to the way i am! Ive tryed enjoying life etc but i can't! This is why the only conclusion i can come to is that i have a chemical imbalance! The medications i have tryed are:

citalopram and buspirone combined, respiridone, lorazepam, aripripaz ole and i am currently on clomipramine. After clomipramine i will try prozac and then my mental health practicioner said that i will be sent to a specialist who will probably want me to try combinations of medications untill i hopefully find one that works for me!

The reason i wrote so much is because i thought it would be interesting to other people who will hopefully be able to relate to what im saying! hopefully i can get as many replies as possible to this question: (this question applies to anyone who is in a similar situation as me as regards medications tryed. Thankyou!!!The main question is this:
Im hoping that ideally someone out there has tryed all the same medications as me and has also tryed prozac (my next medication i will be trying )and has had wonderfull results with it so that i can gain hope that it might work for me as well! So if you have a success story to tell about medication/s that have worked for you than please can you reply to this message with details of all the medications you have tried and which ones helped you and which ones didn't help you??
Thankyou!!!
