I just started watching my small nephew, but I have OCD that manifests in Violent/Morbid obsessions. So during the three hours I watch him daily I am full of anxiety near panic attacks, for I get violent obsessions about him. So by the time I'm done watching him I am stressed out everyday.
How can I deal with the anxiety so that I can watch him without fighting this heated and tormenting battle in the mind?
I so feel for you, I posted a thread about how I got better with natural remedies, and in about 4-5 months I didn't have OCD and the strong, forceful thoughts anymore, please go read it, maybe it could help you. I'll pray you get better, I know the hell you're going through!
Just for your sake and the childs, I would not watch him until I could find something that would help with my thought pattern.[Easier said than done I know]
