| Re: Luvox CR
hm, well I have a lot of "what ifs" and they're mostly along the lines of "what if I give into this compulsion/ urge" etc but I think what sort of helps is thinking about those what ifs in detail. in fact, some books, (namely "Getting Control" by Dr. Lee Baer) has a chapter with a technique where you have to record your voice saying your worst fears over and over...like "what if I forgot to turn off the stove?" and then your house will burn down and so on so forth....you need to listen to the story you tell yourself over and over, a few times a day, and this is supposed to really work. It's a GREAT book over all. I think it's one of the newer ones. I can't describe this particular therapy in detail as I've never tried it, but it's definitely worth a shot. I think I may look into it actually.
I was on Luvox quite a few times in the last several years, and loved it! I'm thinking of going back on it. what's this Luvox CR? what's the difference, do you know?
