Wink The Root Of All Evil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now guys Iam no Rocket Scientist dont even know if I spelled it right and I dont have no PHD's in anything but hard work.

This is my conclusion to all this HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the key to all this suffering from Anxienty and Panic is one word!

"OBESSION"

WHY YOU SAY:

Well its like this, when a person first has his first Panic attack what happens well his heart races, his hands gets to tingling his stomach draws up he cant breath right and what does he thing HEART ATTACK!

Well he then rushs to the ER and gets checked out noting wrong, then the next two are three days he goes to the Dr noting is wrong get the green light clean bill of health. What do you call this right here folks?
What do you call all this thinking of something is wrong with me it is called the start of Obession is what it is.

Now what happens?

Well he has this on his mind 23 hours out of a 24 hour day he thinks about it he broods on it and he just cant figure it out, "Obession setting in now" well then he thinks and thinks some more and then boom here comes another panic attack BOOM here he goes back to the ER and back to the DR. and again noting is wrong.

Well now, the OBESSION HAS SET IN!

A Panic attack may are may not be chemical related I have no ideal but what I do know is this after that first one if you cannot let it go and go one with life you have then developed a OBESSION no two ways about it and it is not the Panic or the Anixenty that needs to be broke it is the OBESSION YOU HAVE THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOU!

If you can break this Obession dont you think all other problams with this Panic and Anxienty would just leave, Well hell yes because why you say, Well becaue if you was not obessesing about something is dead wrong with you the panic and the anxity would not be there DONT YOU THINK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So a Panic attack in my mind a person can get over but if he goes to thinking all the time something is wrong with him after that then Obession has set in and you have to destroy this OBESSESION to destroy the Panic and Anixenty its the only way folks, as long as you thinking something is wrong with you are obessesed dont you think.

So I think our great Dr's need to be studying hard hard on how to break obessesion rather than how to cure panic or anxienty cause if the real monster the one that panic and anixety breeds on is gone then there is no panic or anixety.

I dont think that obession lives off of panic or anxinety i think Obessions breeds panic and anxienty and that panic and anxienty lives and breeds off of panic cuase the more and more you panic the more and more you brood and think something is wrong with you.

OBESSESION, the deguised Monster in the dark that keeps us all in HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kill the Obessesion Monster and you panic and anxienty dies with it as long as the Monster is alive the panic and anxietny breeds and lives for another day.

If you hear a song and then you sing it all day long you are obessed with the song till when folks till you finaly for get about it same thing goes for this panic and anxiety crap, but it sets in deeper and deeper cause it is you and not just a mear song you can let go of.

Kill it the Obessesion monster and your life is free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whats Tripping about it, if you think something is wrong with you all the time it turns into a obessesion and thats all thats on the minds of people that suffer from panic or anxienty.

Stop the obessive thoughts that something is wrong with you and the panic and anxiety stops.

Only makes since.........and works.....
