well I am back and going nuts. About 4 days ago I hit another rut. This time I am stuck again. I cannot stop obsessing over obsessing. It is so scary. # straight days of constant anxiousness and worry. Need to know if anyone ever conquered this problem? If so, how. I jsust want to go back to being that fun loving guy I uesed to be. I hear ya bro...You say it best when you write about the ruts and wanting to go back to the fun loving guy you used to be...That's where i'm at too. It's a constant battle - and i am yet to find a cure all - i don't know if one exists...i just try to fight for every inch i can...Just know you're not alone...
