Many Stupid thoughts are coming in my mind just as whether i m alive or dead? In which world i m living yet? Things I m seeing around me is that are real or not?

I continuously trying to convince me that all stupid are wrong that are coming have no relations with my working? I also try to make sure that other human beings are seeing what i m seeing around me just to convince me that i m still ok
