| ROCD questioning
For the past 6 months now I have had sympoms of ROCD. I have had signs of ocd since i was 11 or 12.
anyways recently i have been literally obsessing about if i have rocd or not. i know they say ocd is the doubting disease, but still it wont let me believe i have it. i have had every rocd symptom in the book (checking if i feel anything when kissing, ect), but now my ocd tells me i dont have symptoms anymore, it doesnt feel like i have ocd anymore, yet i still ritualize, questions, doubt ect.
i check to see if i spike over certain things and stuff like that also.
hows everyone elses ocd?
