I've been having horrible thoughts that really give me chest pain I try so hard to distract myself from them but sometimes it feels IMPOSSIBLE. I've taking medication and going to therapy. Nothing seems to help I've tried deep breathing, but it won't go away one minute I will feel OK then it's all downhill from there.
Well I am certain that sometimes obsessive thoughts become so much that we definitely experience physical symptoms (pain, fatigue, tightness in the chest, ect). I think the obsessions cause fear or a type of panic and then it manifests itself physically. Ever try any other relaxation methods?
