| OCD and ownership
i was wondering if this is a case of OCD.
many times when i purchase an item i really like, i always get these feelings that instantly cause me to not enjoy the item anymore becasue i feel it is no longer completely mine. usually it has to do with whether i actually bought it with all my money or not. for example, the other day i bought something with a gift card someone gave me and now i can enjoy it because i didnt purchase with money that was mine and mine only. i find myself constantly trying to convince myself that it is mine, and it drives me crazy.
can someone please help?
