Worrying about things you know never happened- Does anyone else do this?
Does anyone else have this problem, I worry about things i know never happed all the time. Sometimes I even look up questions on yahoo, to see what the anwers are.

Is there anything anybody else does to stop this?

Hells yes!!!!! I do this all the time and it drives me freaking insane... Definitely not alone on this one.

I didnt think I was.

Do you look up questions online too.. ? I feel bad doing ot sometimes. Especially when you think back and say.. why the hell did I look that question up. Because sometimes I think it makes me sound crazy.. I swear im not.. i know the real answer i just cant help the "what if"

YEAH I look up a lot online to try to make myself feel better... You shouldn't feel bad about that
