Knowing the "whys" of the "hows" can be comforting, even though we still suffer. I don't clinically have OCD. Although I feel I have some tendencies and traits that are a struggle at times. They are more internal, dealing with my thoughts and feelings. I have checked out other books about OCD and didn't see myself exactly...Maybe I will check out the one you mentioned. I enjoy learning new views. Hope things continue well for you
