Unhappy help in helping an ocd suffer

how do i help someone who is constantly suffering from ocd and how to talk to someone who is suffering with ocd?

usually by trying to help them see the irrationality in their obsessions is a good place to start. When they can logically arrive at an answer it can help them begin to slowly move away from the need to obsess.

It isn't easy. Its like an addiction. They usually are able to understand that their obsessions are irrational but they are not able to let go of them because their anxiety is too great.
