cleaning at work

So they recently altered the nature of my tasks at work. They took me out of the kitchen and made me a cleaner. Of course this decision was made without knowing that I have OCD. To me anything short of immaculate is not good enough. For the most part they have not cared about time. I hate time constraints. So management has been very pleased with my work. I tried to explain OCD to my boss, but he doesn't get it. I don't mind cleaning too much anymore. And wouldn't you like to think that the person cleaning a public restroom has OCD?
