What will happen if I come off of Cymbalta?

I want to come off of it. I have severe OCD. Really. Not just being over the top. Everyone thinks I should stay on it, but I hate that it has put on the weight and how it makes me feel, loss of memory, etc.

If things get bad, can I go back on it? I heard one time if you go off of a drug like Cymbalta, you can't go back on it, it won't work again.

Please comment. Thanks.

my ocd is all internal, the "pure-o." most all you can think of. Mostly now, though, it is about not sleeping and going back the way I was a few years ago (and was for about 30) years.
