ROCD Married With Kids

Hello....ive been married almost 10 years and we have 3 kids together and i have terrible ROCD at the moment. dounting everything and even having an urge to leave to see what it would be like....someone offer some help?

hey there. Im not married but I do have a son and am in a relationship. I have been experiencing rocd. Hang in there, dont leave it will get better. I thinkk its harder when yoi have kids involved because idk you feel like its more pressure on you about the relationship. But I have made a conciois decision to stick witg my partner no matter what. Just learn to label those thoughts as ocd not you. Yeah the rocd can affect your thoughts but dont let it affect the way you act.still be lovey dovey this sjows the ocd cant con tr rol you. I hope I helped a little

Honestly i've only had this gor a couple weeks. But do you ever feel like ine minute your so in love and the next munute you get anxiety and start freaking out your not in love?
