How to deal with relationship ocd

Hi i discovered about a year ago that i have relationship ocd when i got intrusive thoughts worrying about whether my gf at the time really loved me or was just using me. I was also getting thoughts that she was cheating on me or was gonna leave me.The thoughts were extremely powerful and didn't know how to deal with it the only thing that helped was cutting and that just made things worse. We ended up breaking up because of it. Now im talking to a girl i really like and she also likes me and already i feel thoughts starting up. Im wondering what is a good way to deal with intrusive thoughts

Hey im also dealing with rocd but I made a concious decision to not let if affect me or my relationship. I just ignore the thoughts and act normal. I still act lovey dovey and that really helps. think of your ocd as a monster who loves to eat emotions. The more emotions you feed it the happy he gets. But if you ignore the monster and show your thoughts no emotions the monster will starve and die. I know it sounds weird lol but just try it.

Hi thanks for responding. Ya im just trying to let the thoughts go by when they pop up and put no thought to them. Plus worrying about the thoughts has no benefit. Thanks ya thats a good point ill try it.
