Hey im also dealing with rocd but I made a concious decision to not let if affect me or my relationship. I just ignore the thoughts and act normal. I still act lovey dovey and that really helps. think of your ocd as a monster who loves to eat emotions. The more emotions you feed it the happy he gets. But if you ignore the monster and show your thoughts no emotions the monster will starve and die. I know it sounds weird lol but just try it.
