A few days ago I had a panic attack and ever since my OCD/anxiety have been in high gear. Normally things tend to subside over time and I can work through it but here I am five days later and feeling like I'm still stuck at square one. Normally I can help distract myself with TV,books, etc but right now I just can't seem to focus. Has anyone been through something like this? I'm just trying to hold on at this point and I'm at my wits end trying to keep it all together.
