ROCD question really need some feed back
 

I was wondering do rocd make you think about you ex. I'm in one of the best relationships I ever been in in my whole life. Everything is wonderful then all of a sudden I had this thought that I don't love my girlfriend and I don't wanna be with her. The normal ROCD thought, but know I'm odessessing over my ex girlfriend and the thought are making me sad. So I was wondering is that part of the ROCD tring to play a trick on me???? Really need so feedback thank you.

OCD preys on any anxiety it can find, relationships, phobias, anything. A common adage I've heard and used is this: if you think it might be your OCD it probably is your OCD.
