OCD about things being dead forever/bugs.

Ok so im new here and suffer from Pure ocd and an autistic spectrum disorder,anyway recently ive developed a new obsession about things being like dead forever i know it sounds weird but its seriously effecting my life i cant go outside without looking at the floor trying to not step on bugs and even when i avoid them all my mind tells me ive stepped on some i didn't see and the anxiety comes rushing back everytime i seriously dont know how to beat this kind of obsession im not on any medication either. it started with me thinking about things ive killed in the past like bugs etc and its advanced onto this and i dont know what to do. any help please? im 17 btw.
