I have been living(?) w/AIDS for over 10 yrs. now. I've
been on many different meds. About 4 yrs. ago, Inoticed
a change in my appearance. I found out it was called lypodystropy, or facial wasting. I have heard of a procedure called New-Fill, only to find out that it is not FDA approved in the U.S. I am very distraught over my appearance, and wonder if anyone is feeling the same way I am, and how are you coping?? I do not want to look like a 20 year old, however I would like to look like the 40 yr. old that I am, instead of the 60 yr. old that I look like now! My virus is undetectable,
but I look sicker now, than I did when I had an elevated count. I am very anxious to hear some good news. Can anyone help?
