Hi Jay. I haven't posted on the Open Boards in a while. I had a question though. My new TMJ Doc (the one I had told you about before) said that I could eat sandwhcihes. I ate a bologne and cheese sandwhich the other day on soft egg bread, without the crust, but I bit into the sandwhich a couple of times, and then I broke it apart. Did I do more damage/or the potential more pressure (with the potential of increase in ear pressure) by doing this? By the way I eat with my splint in.
