With high blood pressure and a heart murmur, I'd say you aren't used to working on your feet yet. Maybe your meds need adjusting. However, I returned to work after some time off, and felt miserable the first few weeks (I have high blood pressure and chronic tachycardia.) It's an adjustment. I get tingly in the face when overexerted. Plus, depending on the type of restaurant, you may be overheated. If you're still troubled after a few weeks, time enough to get acclimated, I'd ask the doctor for his imput. I found a general set of stretching exercises, especially the back, hips and knees, helps the aches, if you aren't sure you want to do aerobics.
