I just have this uneasy feeling tonight. Ever since I started umpiring today, I have had this feeling and cannot get it out of my head. It's like I know something is going to happen, but can't do anything about it. Maybe I am just going crazy or something, but I am pretty shaky right now. I have never felt this way about anything before. Who knows?

I know how you feel. I have had that same feeling before. Most of the time it is my paranoia...but my Dad always says go w/ your gut. But he is king of paranoia also.

I know that there's been a lot on the news lately of terror alerts being issued for the 4th of July weekend. Could that be maybe bothering you?

I get a feeling like that once in a while, like something is wrong in my life...and I can never figure it out. What is even weirder is that it get this weird nervous system reaction when it happens that makes me salivate a lot. But I know what you are feeling...for me it just passes...I am a weiner anyway.

Have you ever been treated for panic attacks. With the way things are in the world today anxiety can bring down the toughest. Are you on any med.s that could have side affects? I suffer from panic attacks. They can become debilitating if not treated.
