Unhappy frequent urine

I don't know if it is a major health problem but I have to pee very often even though I don't drink alot of liquids. E.g.in the morning, a cup of tea and a glass of water before 9am. I'll probably have to go 4 times b/4 11am.
Is this normal? Can somebody tell mewhy??

Frequent urination can be a sign of a urinary tract infection. You need to increase your fluids and see the doc to get checked for a UTI. Go in to see the doc when you read this so that they can check your urine and start antibiotics if it is a UTI. If it is not a UTI the doc will run some other tests to see what is causing it.

I have the same problem and I've seen about every specialist out there, I even had minor surgery to fix the problem and they still don't know what's causing it! I recently found out though that the problem runs in the family and no one has been able to pin point what causes this. What you need to do is monitor very closley your eating and sleeping habits. For me personally I found out that it was stress. Good luck.

Frequent urination is also a typical signe of a progressed, undiagnosed Diabetes. I would most definately have blood glucose checked.
