Hi! i am chris from Australia.
I notice how nice and experienced people are on this board! so i though i would ask a few questions.
1. I used to be an overweight teen, now i have lost 20 kilos (in comparison with pounds, kilos is more i think) I now play sport plenty etc.
i have even had to throw my clothes away.
However i always get tired during sport - even though i am very very fit..... is this because i don't eat enough? ( i do limit my eating )
I know i exersise more then i eat..... i have no more weight to lose really..... should i increase my eating?
because i really get physically exhausted.
2. i work on my abs every day for the last week and a bit. how soon should i expect results and exactly how long should i work on my stomach area during a workout at home involving rather simple sit ups and cruches?
Is 30-45 min long enough? or too long?
I work them really hard for about an hour a day.... sometimes 2 hours but at different times.
does the consistency of my workout matter?
