Post Seborrheic keratoses

I have gotten so many seborrheic keratoese on my skin in the last few years. they are raised, tan or brown growths and can be removed by freezing them which my
dermatologist does but I would like to be able to get
rid of them on my own...Does anyone else have this problem and how do you deal with them? They do not
become cancerous.

Candy, I too have the same problem. People that get them are often prone to them and that can be inherited. They are not cancerous or dangerous in any way. In fact my skin specialist said they are better protected in the sun than normal skin. They become more frequent, darker and annoying as you get older. Skin specialists remove them by freezing them. I've removed some by applying an extra strength wart removal gel. I figured this was the same effect as freezing them. Leaves a faint mark where the keratoses was and I have only used it on dark, raised obvious ones. This was my own idea and wasn't recommended by anyone.
