You need to eat less carbohydrates and be sure to burn off more calories than you take in to lose weight. You might try walking or bike riding as a simple exercise to start out with. Roller blading or rollerskating, bowling, swimming, or water aerobics are also good exercise things. Even water walking where you walk back and forth in a swimming pool is good exercise.
