I am a Filipino and I am skeptical of our doctor's capability here, maybe beacause we still lack the technology. I just earn enough and it would be impractical for me to make an appointment without getting the right medication. I wish I can talk to your good doctors there. Please forgive my English.
SnowyLynne: Our staple food here is rice, rice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner(yaiks)combined with fish, meat, and more often than not, vegetables. I lost about 10 to 15 lbs since my illness took place.
Tree Frog: Your idea is very similar to what I've been experiencing. I'll try to get more information from the forum you mentioned.
