Hi,
Iam getting married soon to a sweet, kind, loving man...He is fit and works out regularly.Im a VERY large woman and don't exercise much.I have never had anyone wanting to work with me on this.He loves me for the person Iam regardless of size, but does want to see me physically fit and healthy.Should I let this bother me?I want to do this because I do get fed up with my size..
SnowlyLynne,
Thanks for ya advice..Ive always felt inferior about my size..He wants to help make me feel better about myself,so don't see any harm in that..He accepts me for whats on the inside and for that Im happy..
Your issue is with yourself and it's up to you to
carry out your goals. Of course it is okay to
receive help but it all starts with YOU. Your goal
is very obtainable over time, but you have to try
and work for it. Look I started from ground zero
coming back from back surgery and I could barely
walk and now I'm pretty fit and have done well
but it was all obtainable goals. For starters try
walking and watching your diet. Eat more fruit
and vegetables and juices and stop using food as
a reward and you'll see the pounds drop off. Also
if it is cold were you are buy one of those fitness
machines from Tony Little to exercise indoors.
In the end it's hard work but you can do it.
