Im 16/guy, and a sohpmore in highschool. Im pretty tall but skinny! Im about 5'11 give or take a inch, and im 122lbs. I need to put on some weight. I took a BMI test and i was like 17.6 i think and thats underweight the average is 18.5. So i need to put on about 15-20 pounds to be in a healthy weight. Can anyone help me out please? not to mention i dont really wana gain all fat...
Why not try some of the new protein drinks that are out there and combine that with some weight training. Also if you look good at your weight I wouldn't worry to much about what the charts say. Remember that is just the average ranges and doesn't mean it is right for you.
well i think i look skinny and so do other people im sure. Id just like to put on 15-20lbs. Ive tried eating more and lifting weights , but making sure i eat the right amount of calories is hard with different foods everday, and lots of time weight training just burns more calories. can anyone post a routine?
