Unhappy Bruised Ribs

I was diagnosed with bruised ribs from a fall I took a week ago. I cannot breathe, cough, laugh, sneeze or use my arms for anything higher than my shoulders without feeling the pain. How long does this last? Can anybody recommend anything?

Unfortunately, bruised or damaged ribs can take up to a month to heal. so conventional medicine cannot really help you.

Arnica is extremely good for all trauma, bruises and any kinds of injury. Take this three times daily and you should start to notice a difference.

If you have shooting nerve type pain, then Mag Phos in a low potency is very good and is known as homeopathic. If you have this type of pain, then try and buy it in a 6c and dissolve about three tabs in some water and just sip the water as you need it. This should help.

Basically, just keep taking the Arnica to relieve the discomfort and aid healing of the bruising the sit tight. You will probably get better quicker with the Arnica than without it.
