The Body is made up of Chemicals found in the ground.

Human beings need Certain Nutrients from Fruits and

Vegetables that the Body cannot make such as, Vit. C .

Much of our soils are depleted of Selenium and other

Minerals and our Processed foods are full of Chemicals.

What is the best thing to do for the Proper Functioning

of the Human Body and Brain ?

Is it to continue eating bad food and bad water ?

Or should we search out what is best for the human

body and Avoid bad food and give the body good food

and added Supplements from the Health food store

and see our local Chiropractor for correct alignment.

For my health I take Vitamins, Oregano, MSM, Arnica,

Homeopathic Remedies, Colostrum, Tribulus, Zinc,

Glucosamine, Coral Calcium, liver cleanse,

and Amino Acids .
