Smile razor question

how long do you keep your razor before you toss it (women)???

just curious as i tend to save mine too that bad?

a doctor told my girlfriend she should use a new one every day to prevent skin infections. That would be a bit much for me. I tend to use more economical razors so I can toss them more often.

Why not buy a razor that you can buy refill blades for? That way you just toss the blade when it gets dull and put on a fresh one and don't have to worry about the razors cluttering up your drawer or bathroom cabinet. Basically if you don't cut yourself it should be fine to use until it is dull if you don't have any open sores or whatever. If you cut yourself though then you need to toss it because of the risk of infection.

I don't like the disposible kind, they tend to tear up my legs. I don't shave my legs everyday, so I toss the refillable blade about every 4th shave, depending on how dull it is.
