Hope someone can shed some in virtual space can clarify this.

I get what I think is the passing of energy.

Here's the 411.

I can cause this tingly, warm sensation to form at the top and top, rear of my skull. I then think about what extremity I want this sensation to go to and it goes there. The sensation of it going to the extremely is close to warm, tingly fluid traveling outward to end of extremely.
The physical manifestation of this is piloerectus, (goosebumps).

Hope someone is familure with this.
