Hi there,
I'm not a doctor, but since what happened to you was not severe enough that you felt you had to go to the hospital, it probably wasn't an aneurism. When you say "horrible pain", do you mean that it just hurt alot? Or was it like a really intense lightening pain? From what I understand, an aneurism (when it ruptures) is so suddenly and intensely painful that it really knocks you off your feet. In any event, if you did have something like that happen anywhere in your body, you would have bled to death by now.
I guess the point of all this was to say, don't worry about your brain. Brain aneurisms are not preceded by other stuff, they just happen. Sometimes you can have one your whole life and it will never rupture. But there's really no point to my even saying this because you don't have one!
Keep your chin up - we all have wacky health worries; that's why we're here!
