3 days ago I was coughing immensely when i felt something pop in my neck, followed by jaw tongue and neck pain.The next day there was a bump located right under my jaw in the front of my neck, does anyone know if u can pull a muscle like that by coughing.Need to find out cause its really bothering me please reply if u know anything about this.

I have never had that happen but it sounds like you did something to yourself that needs to be looked at by a Dr. I would make an appointment. Does the bump hurt?
