About once a week my sternum becomes slightly sore and stiff. If bring my chin to the top of my chest, my sternum region becomes very sore. Though if I stretch my chest in a certain way, my sternum pops and the soreness and tension are instantly relieved.
Also, when I bench press, I notice a slight soreness in my sternum, but it usually disspates throughout the workout. After my chest exercise day, my sternum feels fine, but the symptoms come about one week later.
Does anyone else experience the same thing? Could anyone give me some information? Thank you for your time.
I have the EXACT same symptoms. save i dont bench press because im afraid it will hurt. If i cant find a answer on the web tonight, im going to the hospital. i know this post is a few years old, but im hoping for help
